A History of Success
An attorney with over twenty-five years of experience, in 2004, Troy L. Isaacson joined the southern Nevada office of Robert C. Maddox & Associates and continued to build on the firm’s success in helping homeowners and homeowners’ associations resolve their general counsel questions, real estate disputes, and construction defect claims. Mr. Isaacson has achieved a Martindale Hubble Preeminent AV Rating – the highest rating available and is listed among Lawyers of Distinction.
Mr. Isaacson has handled numerous cases through the Real Estate Division, mediation, trial, and into appeal involving homeowners’ associations, construction law, contract disputes, and personal injury matters. He serves as general counsel for numerous homeowners’ associations throughout Nevada who rely upon his incisive advice when faced with otherwise overwhelming legal issues. In furtherance of educating individuals and board members on issues surrounding common-interest communities, he has lectured extensively including classes taught on behalf of the Community Association’s Institute and the Nevada Ombudsman for Common-Interest Communities. Mr. Isaacson has worked to assist homeowners and homeowners’ associations with resolving their legal questions in a cost effective and expeditious manner.
Mr. Isaacson’s knowledge and experience in construction defect and personal injury cases is similarly extensive. He has litigated cases in Nevada and California since graduating from law school in 1996. Although the majority of cases are resolved by negotiation, Mr. Isaacson does not hesitate to go to trial when that proves necessary and can provide you or your community the effective representation you need.
